We understand that circumstances may lead you to return a product, and we want to ensure a straightforward process. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Return Period
You can return a product for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund applies only if the product, along with its original packaging, can be returned in the same condition as when received. We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of Serums and other type of Cosmetics. The customer is responsible for the associated return costs, and we will not be held accountable for returns that may go astray in the mail.
Eligibility Criteria
The product was delivered less than 30 days ago.
The product is in the same condition as upon arrival.
The original packaging is in the same state as when received.
The customer is willing to cover the shipping cost associated with the return.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged during transport, kindly reach out to us at support@gracegadgets.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance regarding an exchange.
Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product's arrival at our warehouse. Please note that the bank transfer may take several days to reflect in your account. If the refund does not appear within 20 days, please contact us at support@gracegadgets.com.
