What's the cost for shipping?
For purchases exceeding $100, complimentary shipping is provided. Enjoy the added delight of free shipping for your GraceGadgets journey.
How long will my order take to ship?Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
We will not ship on the following dates.
- Weekends
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas (December 24nd - 26th)
When can I expect my order?
We aim to have your order to be delivered from our facility as soon as possible. We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2 business working days.
The delivery timeframe is 8-16 working days, excluding dispatch time. Please note that all delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
How will my delivery be shipped out?
Your parcel will be dispatched by USPS/DHL

If I've ordered multiple items, will they be delivered together?
We aim to coordinate the delivery of all your items simultaneously. However, they may not always be shipped together due to varying shipping options for different products. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item has been dispatched.
Is it possible to update the delivery address for my package after it has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipment once the product is in transit.
